Dear Commercial/Craft Vendor,

Below you will find a brochure and application for the 2010 Pageland Watermelon Festival. Please read over the information and follow the instructions carefully. You will be notified by mail if you have been selected for the festival. Applications will be evaluated on a first come, first served basis. The number of vendors accepted to the festival will be limited. Money orders and cashier’s checks are the only form of payment permitted. NO personal or business checks will be accepted. 

Once you have read through the brochure, please return the application, payment, photo, list of items for sale, and self-addressed stamped envelope . Your application will not be processed if any of these items are missing. 

I hope you will apply to our event and if accepted, that it will be a rewarding experience, both personally and financially. LOCATION: Downtown Pageland, South Carolina 

DATES & TIMES OF EVENT: Friday, July 16 3 pm – 9:30 pm & Saturday, July 17 9 am – 9:30 pm
Vendors are welcome to stay open later than 9:30 pm 

SET UP DAY & TIME: Friday, July 16 TBA 

SPACE SIZES: 10’ x 15’ or 10’ x 30’
(Tables are not provided.) 

CRAFT VENDOR ENTRY FEE

  • $80 per Pageland TOWN business owner (10’x15’)
  • $105 per vendor with a space 10’x15’
  • $180 per vendor with a space 10’x30’

 All vendor fees include permit and garbage pick up. It does NOT include water, sewer or electricity. Quiet generators are encouraged. You must contact us to request electricity and a fee must be included in your application. 

Only 110 hook-ups may be available for craft vendors. Please remember that electricity will be limited. You must contact us to get approval to apply for electricity and you must make payment with application. You will be notified if there is a conflict in being able to provide you with power. Please only purchase power if it is necessary to run your booth (not for fans, radios, televisions, etc.)
