Dear Food Vendor,
Below you will find an application for the 2010 Pageland Watermelon Festival. Please read over the information and follow the instructions carefully. You will be notified by mail if you have been selected for the festival. Please read all of the rules and regulations found in this brochure as they should help answer any questions you may have. Applications will be evaluated on a first come, first served basis. Please keep this in mind. The number of food vendors accepted to the festival will be limited. Cashier’s checks or money orders will only be accepted for payment. NO personal or business checks will be accepted.
Once you have read through the brochure, please return the application, payment, photo, list of items for sale, copy of liability insurance, and self-addressed stamped envelope. Your application will not be processed if any of these items are missing. We hope you will apply to our event and if accepted, that it will be a rewarding experience, both personally and financially. Vendors are welcome to stay open later than 9:30 pm SET UP DAY & TIME: Friday, July 16 TBA SPACE SIZES: 10’ x 15’ or 10’ x 30’
(Tables are not provided.) FOOD VENDOR ENTRY FEE: $235 per vendor with a space 10’x15’
- $260 per vendor with a space 10’x15’ with 110 power
- $285 per vendor with a space 10’x15’ with 220 power
- $335 per vendor with a space 10’x30’
- $360 per vendor with a space 10’x30’ with 110 power
- $385 per vendor with a space 10’x30’ with 220 power
All vendor fees include permit and garbage pick up. It does NOT include water or sewer. Notice: Food vendors are required to pay a 1% hospitality tax to the town of Pageland. This is the responsibility of each individual prepared food vendor at the festival. Please remember that electricity will be limited and is available on a first come first served basis. You will be notified if there is a conflict in being able to provide you with power. Please only purchase power if it is necessary to run your booth (not for fans, radios, televisions, etc.) Deadline is May 15, 2010
