Below you will find various sponsorship opportunities available for the 2010 Pageland Watermelon Festival. I hope you will take the time to consider sponsoring this great family tradition.

For over half a century, visitors from across the nation have come to the town of Pageland to enjoy the annual Watermelon Festival. Visitors to the area enjoy a watermelonthemed parade, vendors, amusement rides, beauty pageants, and more. On Friday and Saturday nights festival goers enjoy listening to tunes from local performers and top headlining bands.

The Pageland Watermelon Festival has grown until it is the largest event of the year in Chesterfield County and one of the top festivals in the state. Each year the festival becomes larger and better.

Black Diamond Sponsorship Presenting Sponsor $4,500

As a presenting sponsor, you will receive the title listing on the festival. In all the advertising and promotion of the festival, the wording will be “Your company presents the Pageland Watermelon Festival.” Black Diamond Sponsorship includes:

• exclusivity as the sole presenting sponsor
• company name as presenting sponsor in all radio advertising
• logo inclusion in all print advertising as the presenting sponsor
• logo inclusion as presenting sponsor and link from the festival website
• main stage signage
• unlimited signage throughout the festival (provided by sponsor)
• exhibitor booth space
• name recognition on stage during festival events
• a float in the Watermelon Festival Parade
• ability to place information in vendor packets and/or information distributed at the Chamber booth during the festival
• advertisements from main stage emcee
• eight tickets to the street dances each night

 

Jubilee Sponsorship $3,000 (Four Sponsorships Available)

• exclusivity as the only corporate sponsor in a field
• company name in all radio advertising
• logo inclusion in all print advertising
• logo inclusion and link from the festival website
• main stage signage
• banners/signs hung throughout festival (provided by sponsor)
• exhibitor booth space
• name recognition on stage during festival events
• a float in the Watermelon Festival Parade.

Crimson Sweet Sponsorship $2,000 (Four Sponsorships Available)

• exclusivity as cosponsors of the selected top regional performing act
• In advertising, the wording will be “Company A and Company B proudly present the… (top performer)”
• logo inclusion in all print advertising
• logo inclusion and link from website
• signage during performance (one banner at bottom of stage)
• exhibitor booth space
• complementary entry in festival parade
• name recognition on stage during festival and acknowledgements from the stage by the performing act
